PROMOTION RULES
Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Promotion Rules
The Pensacola Greyhound Track Poker Room (PGT) will offer the Bull’s Eye Promotion
The promotion will run every Wednesday from 2:00 PM until 10 PM
A player making a designated hand while playing in a jackpot eligible Texas Hold’em game during the designated times will receive the posted Bull’s Eye prize for that hand.
The pot must consist of a minimum of fifteen dollars to qualify
There will be twenty-six different possible hands that will be prize eligible. Thirteen of which are Four of a kinds (Aces through Kings)’ Nine Straight Flushes (5 High through King High) and Four Royal Flushes.
Prizes for each hand will be awarded no more than once during the promotion day.
The following hands will be awarded as follows:
Four of a kind $60 tournament entry
Straight Flush $120 tournament entries
Royal Flush $180 tournament entries
Every Wednesday at 2:00 PM, each hand that was paid during the previous Bull’s Eye promotion will be reset to that starting amount.
Any Four of a kind, Straight Flushes or Royal Flushes prize that was not awarded during the previous Bull’s Eye promotion day will be increased by one $60 tournament entry each Wednesday.
The following hands will be capped at these designated amounts:
Four of Kind three tournament entries ($180)
Straight Flush six tournament entries ($360)
Royal Flush twelve tournament entries ($720)
Only one prize per player will be awarded on each hand. Players must use both of their hole cards and play their highest ranking hand.
Players are eligible to win multiple prizes throughout the promotion.
Prizes will be paid from the Texas Hold’em Jackpot Reserve Fund.
Promotion may be canceled when other promotions overlap this promotion
Participants must be 18 years of age or older
INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE
PGT Poker Room reserves the right to refuse entry into the promotion
All winners of $600 or more will be required to provide their name, current address and telephone number which will be stored as a record of the prize received
Participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of a prize payout constitutes permission for PGT Poker Room to use the participant’s names, likenesses and statements for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation unless prohibited by law
The PGT Poker Room has attempted to cover every rule, procedure and circumstance that may occur during this promotion. In the event a decision is necessary that is not covered by the above, PGT Poker Room Supervisory Personnel will make that decision
The Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions and drawings
Management reserves the right to cancel, change and modify tournaments, promotions or drawings with notification to the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering
