3 Man Shoot-Out Satellite No Limit Texas Hold’em Tournament

TOURNAMENT RULES
1. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Tournament Rules
2. Pensacola Greyhound Racing Poker Room (PGT) will sponsor the $60 Buy-In Satellite No-Limit Texas Hold’em Shoot-out Tournament for $180 Buy-in 3 Man Texas Hold’em Shoot-out Tournament.
3. The Satellites will be held on the following days at the following times:
a. 7:00 PM Tuesday, August 18th and 25th
b. 7:00 PM Thursday, August 20th and 27th
c. 1:00 PM and 7PM Sunday, August 16th and 23rd
a. Two satellites per night will be ran. There must be 9 players for each satellite
4. The buy-in fee for the tournaments will be $60
a. The entry fee for the tournament will be $40 (100% of the prize money will be returned to the players)
b. The Tournament Revenue fee will be $10
c. $7.00 will be withheld for the Staff Toke Pool
d. The remaining $3 will go to the main event prize pool.
5. 100% of the entry fee will be returned to the players as follows:
a. One $180 buy-in entry for each winner for a day one event for the 3 Man Texas Hold’em Shoot-out Tournament, scheduled – The last Saturday of each month.
6. A Satellite will consist of three, 3 handed tables. Each table will play down to one winner. The winners from each table will advance to the final table. Once one player is eliminated the remaining two players will each receive a $180 entry into the main event.
7. Each blind round will run for twenty (20) minutes . The tournament blind schedule is available upon request.
8. Participants will receive $5,000 in tournament chips upon entering the tournament
9. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid government-issued ID
10. If a player elects not to contribute to the staff toke pool then the money will be transferred to the house revenue.
11. The tournament will be conducted in accordance with the Tournament Directors Association (TDA) Rules
a. By participating, entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Tournament Rules and to the decisions of PGT Management and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Tournament or these Tournament Rules
b. Current TDA rules are available upon request
12. 100% of the prize money will be returned to the players and will be administered and paid by the Poker Room Management
13. Other prizes including but not limited to trophies or plaques and promotional items may be awarded in addition to the prize money
14. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE
15. PGT Poker Room reserves the right to refuse entry into the tournament
16. All winners will be required to provide their name, current address and telephone number which will be stored as a record of the prize received
17. Participation in this tournament and/or acceptance of a prize payout constitutes permission for PGT Poker Room to use the participant’s names, likenesses and statements for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation unless prohibited by law
18. The PGT Poker Room has attempted to cover every rule, procedure and circumstance that may occur during this tournament. In the event a decision is necessary that is not covered by the above, PGT Poker Room Supervisory Personnel will make that decision
19. The Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions and drawings
20. Management reserves the right to cancel, change and modify tournaments, promotions or drawings with notification to the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering
