Horse and Dog tracks and Jai Alai frontons have been authorized under state law
to operate a cardroom to conduct "Texas Hold'em" style "Non-Banking"
card games since 1996. Card games where the players wager among and against each
other and the card room operators provide their existing location, tables and
dealers.
