House Rules:

  • Players must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No side bets are allowed.
  • No credit is extended by the poker Room.
  • The Minimum and Maximum (if applicable) buy-in for each game will be posted on the table sign.
  • Limit games have a maximum of one bet and three raises.
  • Shill's and Proposition players are NOT allowed.
  • House Revenue:

    • If a time charge is used for revenue collection it will be a per player per half hour charge (example: $6 per player per half hour). The time charge, if applicable, will be posted at each table.
    • The rake amount (if there is no time charge) for limit games with blinds of $4 and $8 or less and No-Limit games with blinds of $2-$5 or less is:
      • $1 when the pot is $6-$15
      • $2 when the pot is $16-$25
      • $3 when the pot is $26-$35
      • $4 when the pot is $36-$45
      • $5 when the pot is $46 or more
      • The maximum rake is $5.00 per hand.
    • The rake amount (if there is no time charge) for limit games with blinds of $5 and $10 or more and No-Limit games with blinds of $5-$10 or more is:
      • $1 when the pot is $10-$29
      • $2 when the pot is $30-$49
      • $3 when the pot is $50-$69
      • $4 when the pot is $70-$89
      • $5 when the pot is $90 or more
      • The maximum rake is $5.00 per hand.
    • In all games if the hand is won before the completion of the first round of betting there will be no rake taken. (No Flop No Drop)
    • In a game using blinds, if the blinds receive no action the players may elect to take back their blinds and move on to the next hand. The dealer shall not make this recommendation.
  • Hours of operation:

  • Monday - Thursday. 11:00 Am until 5:00 Am.
    Friday 11:00 AM - Monday 5:00 AM.
  • All seating is done through the sign up lists. Players must receive permission from the Poker Supervisor to hange tables.

    Games offered:

  • Texas Hole’em
  • Seven Card Stud
  • Omaha High and High Low
  • Draw Hi and Low
  • Mixed Games
  • Each table will have the game or games offered posted at the table.
  • All games are "Table Stakes".
  • Check and raise is permitted in all games with the exception of straight $2 Hold'em.
    String raises or bets are not allowed.
  • Cards speak when turned face-up on the table by the owner of the hand at the showdown.
    Players are responsible for protecting their own hands and their right to action.
  • Players may not show their cards to other players during the hand.
  • Discussions regarding the hand in progress or strategy are prohibited.
  • Criticism of the way other players have elected to play their hands or their general style of play is impolite and undesirable.
  • Only one player per hand.
  • As a courtesy to the other players, Talking on a cell phone at or near the table is not allowed even if the player is out of the hand. Please step away from the table while talking on the phone.
    Talking or texting while in a hand is not allowed.
  • Players agreeing to split pots will not be allowed in any game; however, splitting or chopping the blinds will be allowed in any button game except tournaments.
  • Only English may be spoken during play.
  • The use of tobacco products are not allowed in the poker room.
  • The house accepts no responsibility for chips or money left on the gaming tables unless verified
    by Management.
  • The house has the right to prohibit any two or more players from playing in the same game.
  • Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable manner: language, dress, reasonable hygiene and behavior should be appropriate for ladies and gentlemen. Abuse of other guests or employees will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the property.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Management and Poker Supervisors reserve the right to make decisions which are in
    the best interest of the game.
  • Management's decisions are final.
